The sponsoring organization attaches great importance to the protection of the personal rights of users of the website. This privacy policy explains to the user the practices of the sponsoring organization in handling personal data and the measures it takes to achieve data protection compliance.

Types of users
In the area of online users, a distinction is made between the following types of users

b) Registered users who use free and/or fee-based online products.
Collection and use of personal data
When users register for the newsletter or make a donation, the provider collects the data entered by the user. No particularly sensitive personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Data Protection Act is collected.

Storage period
Personal data provided to us via our websites and mobile applications will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. If retention periods under commercial and tax law must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

Consent

Right to information, modification, revocation, deletion and blocking
Users have the right at any time to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about them by the sponsoring organization or to revoke their consent to the processing or storage of their personal data. In the event of revocation by the user, personalized use of free and/or fee-based products may no longer be possible. The sponsoring organization undertakes to delete a user's personal data within 30 days of receiving a corresponding request for deletion.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law is applicable to all legal relationships between the sponsoring organization and the users. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this privacy policy is Bern as the registered office of the sponsoring organization, subject to any other mandatory places of jurisdiction.
Partial invalidity
Should individual provisions of this Privacy Policy be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal effect of the invalid provision.
Adjustments
The sponsoring organization expressly reserves the right to amend this disclaimer/data protection declaration at any time. If such changes are made, the sponsoring organization will publish them immediately on the respective websites. It is the responsibility of the user to obtain information about the currently valid version of the data protection declaration on the websites of the sponsoring organization.
